NatyaVedhi is led by the talented director, Rajni Menon, who has dedicated her life to preserving and promoting the ancient art of Kathakali. Our Team
NatyaVedhi is home to some of the most talented and versatile artists in the theater and dance community. Our team includes Guru Sadanam Harikumar who is a versatile artist and scholar, renowned as a master in Kathakali dance and music, including both Kathakali sangeetham and Carnatic vocal. He is also an accomplished sculptor, noted for his innovative Kathakali makeup concepts showcased in various costumes. Additionally, his contributions to Kathakali literature, such as the adaptation of Shakespeare's drama 'Julius Caesar' into Kathakali format, are noteworthy, Kalamandalam John, a retired professor in Kathakal acting & dancing from Kerala Kalamandalam a deemed University and mentor to students worldwide; Sadanam Sivadas, a highly trained musician and assistant professor in Kalamndalam; Kalamandalam Venu, a highly trained percussion artist and assistant professor in Kalamndalam, and RLV Midhun Murali who is an artist with special skills in percussion and make-up. We are honored to have such a dedicated and skilled team of performers.
